Hosting a Purse/Cardholder Making Workshop

Please contact us for a quote if you would like to host a purse/cardholder making workshop. All materials and tools are supplied and everyone who participates will get to take their purse home in a beautiful fabric gift bag.

UK Shipping Information

You will receive confirmation when the order has been dispatched. Items are generally made to order, with some exceptions all depending on the product. Made to order items will take 2-3 weeks however we always endeavour to do this sooner if possible. If you require an item for a specific date please contact us at info@bzrd-east.com.

All items will be carefully packaged and sent via Royal Mail using the 48 hour tracked services. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking reference.

When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery as we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.

We are unfortunately unable to ship outside of the UK at the moment.

Returns

Online Purchases:

We hope that you love your BZRD - EAST items and we work hard to ensure they are of the highest quality but if you ever need to return your purchase please email us on info@bzrd-east.com within 14 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and reason for the return along with your name and address. We are also happy to offer an exchange for another item. Once you have notified us of your return please then return your item/s back to us within a further 14 days.

The items must be packaged carefully in their original packaging and be sent back to us in their original unused condition. Please note, the cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer; we do not currently offer free returns. Item/s are your responsibility until they reach us; this is for your peace of mind, and ours. We recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for or tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

We will of course refund or exchange any faulty items within 28 days of delivery, including postage costs. For hygiene reasons we are unfortunately not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

Once we receive the items we will inspect, and provided they have been returned in their original condition and packaging we will confirm and process the refund/ exchange as requested. We cannot accept goods that have been worn, not in their original packaging or have been damaged, for exchange or refund.

Your refund will be issued via the same method you paid with within 28 days of receipt of the return
